that is not a small gov conservative, that is someone who wants government enforced population control, by demographic.

i dont care about the baby bust, and thats probably more of a general statement on how poorer people who are struggling almost always have way more kids than people doing well.
immigrants never have it easy. they would have lots of kids.

I don't see what the baby bust would even do negatively. Less unskilled labor? Maybe the employers should raise their wages. Less applicants to fill the housing market? Lower the prices. This is shit you guys have wanted to get done for years.
