you realize you have to be in the country to get citizenship status right…. they aren’t illegal just because they aren’t a citizen yet dumbass. there are resident permits, work visas, student programs etc. none of them are citizens yet but they are here legally, yet they are being detained.

Yeah and those people that have visas resident permits and such aren’t illegal. If you overstay what your paperwork says then yes you get detained. It’s pretty black and white.

U haven’t seen. Out of all the detainees 8% have been criminals. Furthermore. Most of the detainees are people who had extensions on their visas and such until trump stripped them. You want them to upend their entire life and leave the country in a matter of months?
