i mean you’re right on most of these points… but the occupation of Tibet isn’t illegal… it was controlled by China for hundreds of years until the Xinhai Revolution, the ROC and thus PRC inherited the Qing’s claim. not to mention that during the period of independence, Tibet was a feudal society with serfdom as well as slavery. the PRC has done many bad things but the retaking of Tibet was genuinely liberatory for the people there.
