Feeling so bad for the trans community lately with how many insane, disgusting, horrific trans people have been committing heinous, highly publicized crimes. They’re only a speck in the statistics of mass shootings but transphobes will take it and run with it

Yes the problem isn’t trans people it’s these RW accelerationist groups that actually do prey on children over discord and Roblox. Trans youth are especially at risk due to high rates of mental illness and trauma in the community which these groups exploit

When you’re begging for acceptance from literally anyone because so many people hate you just for your existence, it’s a reasonable outcome for them to end up in these horrible groups and ideologies. It’s so sad and it’s exactly why we need to be more accepting of trans people, rather than demonizing them. The lowest of the low will take anyone, especially people they can easily scapegoat
