i feel grateful that at least ppl are calling it out now. like. the “im a nb 1/8 cherokee lesbian and i need 20,000 for a new place to live bc my roommate got mad at me for pissing on the floor in my dog fursona” WAS real and im so glad we’re calling bs on stuff like that now bc sensitivity and empathy is important but WAYYY too many ppl took it too far and demonized anyone trying to call out bigoted shit
