For those who don’t know, the company (worth billions) was bought by a random city level GOP elections official for an undisclosed amount. The CEO made a single-sentence statement about the purchase. It is almost certain that the federal government forced them to sell.

Especially since not only is the company worth a lot, but they were also actively winning several billion dollar lawsuits about 2020 election denialism, which are being dropped as part of the sale.
