Even if it was, cops do not need military gear in any regard and citizens don’t want people to be harmed they way the cops are harming people

Military Cars, flash grenades, the huge ass speakers that were made for the military in Iraq that are now used on our streets. Higer graded guns that don’t need to be held by cops

Shooting rubber bullets wrong and fireworks tends to turn on peoples fight or flight mode. The protest was not violent till the cops came out in this gear and threatened the people. And also trump threatening to send out then marines should ALSO tell you how this isn’t normal.

Not on me cause it was 5 years ago. But lets look at the now, I did not hear of any violence until cops arrived in military/riot gear and threatened to arrest people for wearing masks. Them shooting multiple reporters is also not helping this case

Those cars were standing still last I checked and it was cause they were trying to box them into a spot
