It’s ironic that MAGA is so touchy about the 4th of July when the reality is that it’s an annual “No Kings” protest

I’ll give u that one. Hot dogs and beer would’ve been pretty cool at the protest.

Guarantee if they had those it would’ve been the #1 protest

Yeah because beer, fireworks, and hotdogs are fun and celebratory and having to protest the president attempting to become an authoritarian sucks and isn’t fun. But it’s necessary

There could still be beer and hotdogs at the protest

You don’t have to ask, but when you’re in favor of “no king” protests, just remember Christ will always be king. You can go back to replying to everyone else now

Psychosis to acknowledge the foundation of a religion?

No religious psychosis to constantly shove ur religious beliefs in everyone’s face and think that it’s under attack when no one is talking about it. Religious psychosis is u being an obnoxious evangelical that can’t provide anything useful to a convo so u just scream “jesus” and act like u did something.

*brings it up “you’re shoving it in everyones face” mine was 3h ago and you made the point to reply to it. You invited yourself into that conversation. “Obnoxious evangelical” when all I did was acknowledge what the church had been saying for 2000 years. Asserting the fact that we do have a king, my comment was topical, relevant, and backed by precedent. You’re just upset about it because you disagree with it’ so you throw out insults because YOU can’t provide anything useful.

Christ as king is an entirely different context from the kings we see through history the word means something completely different

Put it this way, Christ is alive, and he will always be king over us 👍

the word “king” in the context of christ is still entirely separate from the context of an actual monarch

No, he’s a literal monarch, we should all listen to him and what he says, he’s the only legitimate absolute monarch with divine sovereignty. He is king of America, king of England, King of China, king of the world, in the most literal sense of the word.

Shut up, It’s not psychosis, to say something you believe, when you take it literally. Like I said, you’re only mad because you disagree with it.

interpretations of the scripture are interpretations of the scripture, its subjective. though that can be a problem itself I don’t agree with sola fide christians bc of james 2:14-26 but some christians don’t believe faith requires works

you: *brings it up* (in a shitty way may i add) #2: “you're shoving it in everyones face" you: “mine was 3h ago and you made the point to reply to it.” then you continue to spout “jesus is king over US” (as if everyone practices christianity) that’s quite literally shoving it down everyone’s throat!!! as #9 said, you’re the singleton giving christian’s a bad rep. jesus’ kingship is described in the bible as spiritual, not earthly. two, not everyone believes in jesus, therefore not everyone has
