honestly - he actually should. there have been multiple cases where high schoolers have made and shared ai generated images/videos of their classmates and been charged with those exact crimes. It shouldn’t be any different if it’s a 15 year old from Ohio or a trillionaire. Musk deserves to face the consequences of his actions, just the same as anyone else
