I was actually about to point that out lmao, I didn’t realize this was a year old and already ruled unconstitutional 😭 but who knows with this SCOTUS. That last case was in 2008

I doubt the current Supreme Court would even agree to take the case bc it’s already been ruled on, and was ruled on fairly recently (I mean 18 years is still pretty recent in the grand scheme of things)

After nearly 50 years. And Roe was always considered shaky at best (hence the intense push by legal experts to have it codified into law by Congress, whose lazy, evil asses refused)
