The next 5-10 years are going to be terrifying because I don’t think most of us have the ability to reliably discern reality from artificially generated media. If enough people post something fake it becomes real in the minds of many people. Scary shit

Also if you guys are smart enough, currently all ai HAS to have a watermark within the metadata. You have to have the original video/photo, but if you can get back to the original look into the metadata (why we can’t then automatically have flags for ai on social media based off this metadata I don’t know)
