It’s just all so pointless, neither party represents the people they represent the highest bidder. The sooner the masses realize that the sooner we may be able to get to a government that actually serves the people

like i get this at this time in the election cycle— primaries and campaigns are the time to pressure dems to give you what you want. but when it comes down to an actual election, you don’t get to throw your hands up and walk away just because the dem candidate isn’t what you wanted. you still vote blue just to keep the other guy out of office because he’ll be worse
