The working class supporters don’t take the time to actually read the specifics on what he does and takes his word for it, then takes his word for it that the other side is lying. He doesn’t call it tax cuts for the rich, he just says “lowering taxes.” Anyone can get behind the government taking less of their money, especially when they don’t have much. Then they fail to notice that their taxes don’t go down.

On paper I understand what you mean but it’s just so hard to picture in reality. It really makes you think about what people are actually thinking about or how susceptible anyone is to propaganda (ofc thou anyone is susceptible)
