It would probably look almost the same. Lower income usually equates to higher levels of obesity due to lack of access to nutritious and healthier foods that cost more.

Do you care to take a wild guess which states have the lowest income and highest poverty rates lol? Only real outliers are states that have large blue cities and then massively red rural areas outside of that, like Wisconsin and Oregon
