DEI is not discrimination do you even know why it was created because many companies weren’t hiring black people back in the 60s they wanted every to be equal and have equal opportunity literally you still have to be qualified for the job you don’t just get hired because you are black! DEI forced for diversity so that no company can be all white or all black or deny anyone who wanted to work for a company!
