SCOTUS does determine the law tho, like I’m not denying they’re corrupt but a President cannot legally be charged for crimes related to his executive duties

I’m not even defending Trump dawg, just legally he can’t be arrested for shit he does as part of his “presidential duties” and considering SCOTUS has a conservative supermajority and both chambers are within Republican control, it seems highly unlikely he faces any criminal penalties
