No, that’s not what I said. But those are both by definition violations of the law, making it illegal. Saying being undocumented isn’t illegal is just wrong.

The first one would literally be breaking the law, driving under an expired license so yeah. I’m not arguing for punishment, I’m anti Trump and for amnesty, it’s just dumb you can’t call a spade a spade.
