Do not tell him how much this would fuck Texas and Florida’s electoral votes. It’d balance out the losses from California and new York.

The census still counted slaves. Their population only counted as 3/5 of a vote for the purpose of electoral votes

I mean, they’re not citizens or here legally. Why would they be counted with the citizens or legal residents?

The census counts RESIDENTS. Legal or not. Doing what Trump wants would seriously fuck up records keeping

the census is purposefully confidential and counts everyone specifically for this purpose
