I worked an election. When we were distributing equipment, you’d never know their political bias except for when a fucking moron Republican would put it in their car with MAGA stickers. I also did Election Day itself, and you’d never know their political bias. If you think there’s too many Democrats volunteering at the polls, do it yourself. There’s not exactly a surplus of poll volunteers most places
