What if there was a bill that raised the average income of lower class by 50%, but 0.1% class by 5%. Then using this chart design would still make it look like the bill was designed to help the rich

it came from wharton so i think i’ll trust that over some random on yikyak. it’s still representing how the bill will affect poorer households vs richer
