I was thinking along the same lines with the pension. Or make their salary primarily based on bonuses. If they get reports of misconduct that aren’t decided in their favor, their pay gets docked

The premiums would probably be much lower than you’d except. It’s rare for cops to get in these types of situations especially with body cams
