true. Apparently Texas had brought up installing flood monitors places and they didn’t do it because it was too expensive. My dad said he voted on it and he wanted flood monitors cause the flooding in texas is so bad but the gov didn’t wanna spend $500mil. Not sure my sources but if ur looking at ted cruz also look into that.

If only the Departments in charge of doing that and monitoring them had some funding… oh wait. Ted decided to back budget cuts to them…
