They suck and are part of the reason none of us will own homes so I think the landlord with multiple properties will be fine

It’s hard to feel bad about landlords needing to clean when they already have the renter’s money.

I'm not saying one should feel bad for them, just if you don't want to accrue extra fees don't break the rules. What about that is controversial?
