Liquid nitrogen is less scary than some people think and more scary than some people think. It’s weird. You can pour it over your hand briefly but if you cup it in your hand you’ll get frostbite. If a bit splashes at you? Whatever. If you submerge part of yourself in it? Not great. It’s all based on length of exposure really. Anyway don’t dip your penis in liquid nitrogen
