I agree but I stole this from Facebook so I didn’t make it. I don’t feel bad using it since I didn’t generate the shit and sacrifice an acre of natural resources in the process

Tbh part of it is I didn’t initially realize it was ai. But additionally it was already generated, and I don’t see how copying + pasting an already generated pic is in the same level as telling people to go sign up for chatgpt

Nah I get where you’re coming from, I do. Ai in general just rubs me the wrong way yk, no hate to you for reusing it. I just wish people who do go out of their way to generate stuff like this would have more concern for the negative impacts

Yeah no I have never (and will never) generate anything with ai. The tech disgusts me. Just sometimes A) I don’t recognize something is ai all the time and B) I don’t think ripping preexisting ai to show others is the same thing as encouraging it Like I’ve basically stopped my entire online art page until I can ai proof it when I have the spare time, so I’ve definitely been hit by it
