I mean imo it’s better suited for a post-industrial economy, especially with personal computing. The main changes from our current situation would be a much wider distribution of home ownership, far harsher anti-trust/anti-monopoly legislation, and a crackdown on absentee landlords and predatory finance practices

The goal would be for social, political, and economic decisions to generally be handled as locally as possible, with larger and more powerful institutions existing primarily to support smaller communities and organizations when necessary.
