I’ll take that and raise you James K. Polk (even though the whole Mexican-American War started through dubious reasons) and George H.W. Bush

James K. Polk achieved all of his major goals all within one term: acquire the Oregon territory, California, and the Southwest, all while fulfilling his pledge to not seek re-election. George H.W. Bush for his foreign policy successes with the first Iraq War and his management of post-Cold War Europe. Bush signed the ADA as well and is the last Republican president to actually give a damn about the environment (cap and trade was his idea)

I do want to add that I am impressed with what Biden was able to accomplish with an incredibly stubborn Congress
