Its also worth noting that they called him a rioter too. People will look for any reason to discredit a cause if it makes them just the slightest bit uncomfortable

That’s 100% true, I’m not disputing it, and neither would Dr. King. He also pointed out that it’s not the most productive way, and to overcome it.
