All we can do now is hope we can cop the mineral rights too so when my 5th generation grandchild gets the trailer they can mine under it for water and dirt

and now trump wants 50 year mortgages, which means rather than building equity after a decade or so it'll take multiple decades before you actually own any piece of the house
