Just so you know, ICE is actively assembling a list of ppl who speak against them and say they will punish them. Do you think a Starbucks barista shouldn't be able to vote? ID's cost money, and most people who don't drive don't have them. Additionally, passports and birth certificates also cost money. People who don't plan to leave the country don't have passports, and many people don't have birth certificates or lost them birth. Especially poor or underprivileged people.

Additionally, anyone who has changed their name, so it no longer matches their birth certificate, can't use that and must get a passport. The group this would affect the most, is married women, since they usually take their spouses name.
