I think one issue we can all agree on is housing is completely unaffordable. Either you’re paying a bank or a slum lord 50% of your income while the boomers stop any new housing developments from going up

a lot of it has to do with the houses we build now. go look at housing developments erected in the 50s and how modest those homes are, boomers even call these places “starter homes.” the homes that are built now are pretty much only mcmansions made for the upper middle to higher classes. the idea of a “starter home” is completely dead.
