Oh yeah and the medical industry getting the whole population hooked on pills for life like it’s normal while hating on illegal drug addicts is not killing people either. I’m not saying don’t taper off and take baby steps trusting yourself again. But bro trusting yourself and not some pill or drug to be happy is the best advice one can give.
