I was in one that was very serious about not hazing but it’s not very common (we might just be lucky) but there are cultural norms in every org that normalize the worse tendencies in people being protected

Hi! I was in a frat at Uiowa, the most “hazing” we ever did is during our initiation ritual we would gently and politely out a bag on their head when they went between rooms
