I’m personally very iffy on the whole cameras in the chambers thing. On one hand it gives the average person a look at what’s going on with those who represent them in government but also in the last decade I feel like every hearing I watch gets either completely or partially turned into a wannabe drama reality show where some congresspeople are causing shit just because they know the news will see it. Maybe we would benefit more from a Supreme Court esque system with audio only?
