guys. they’re signalling they’re ignoring the tarriff ruling. that’s what “lawlessness from the court” means - they No Longer Recognize SCOTUS As A Legal Authority. You are watching a core check and balance of executive power crumble before your eyes.
“Lawlessness from the court” the court literally decides what the law is, you beanbag. Also incredibly ironic that anyone from this admin has the gall to say anything about lawlessness when they’ve been sued 652 times in a year for breaking the law.

They did this to themselves. The official acts ruling is one of the worst Supreme Court decisions of all time, and now they’re paying for it.

They don’t even need to ignore the court. If they want to use Section 122 for the next tariffs, idk why they can’t. Congress delegated that power to the executive branch, subject to some restrictions (e.g. max is 15% for 150 days). Both the court and the plaintiffs actually offered that as an alternative

please, please, please, please, please please please please PLEASE do not interpret this as some sort of justice. This is not justice. Justice would have been replacing judges. This is fascism

Im with you, it is fascism, but they absolutely helped it, and they knew what they were doing. The dissenting opinions were both scathing and entirely correct.

Why Congress ever passed this is a mystery to me. Legit giving up their power
