There shouldn't even be any extra legal punishments imo. If the crime was bad, then punish it that way because of the crime

The laws in questions aren’t considered crime unless they’re racist, but when they are racist they disenfranchise people. Do you understand why disenfranchisement is illegal, and why it needs to be punished severely?
