Ehhhh technically? Reports suggest musk was pretty much universally hated on that team tho, and that basically nothing he added actually made it into pay pal. Hence why musk isn’t out there calling himself pay pal founder. He was ousted. Because he was useless. If all it takes to be considered founder of a company is sit around, do nothing, and give ideas that never make the Final Cut, then I’ve “founded” like two moderately successful businesses lmao

I’m not opining on his performance as founder, I’m stating the fact that being an early PayPal executive contributed greatly in accelerating his still-growing wealth.

Not really comparable. If anything Elon has always been closer to ray croc than the McDonald brothers. He swoops in and snags the hard work. the difference between Elon and croc is that croc was a smart and effective business man.
