The government's position is that the prohibition on marijuana users from the 2a is lawful, Hemani's position is that 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) violates his 2nd amendment rights as applied (prohibiting him from ownership for smoking marijuana "every other day")

That’s not a good way to do it, legally that’s allowed fully, it’s dumb but that’s the current law (we’ve been trying to change for decades )

The difference is weed isn’t as dangerous as alcohol is, but is mis-scheduled due to… well a whole things

Plenty of states don't even have laws directly regarding the possession of firearms while drunk
