In one universe we didn’t bomb Iran. They develop a nuclear weapon, use it on Israel immediately and life on earth as we know it ends. In this one we did. Now gas prices are high Is that really that bad compared to what they were planning?

They’d shoot back. You think Iran would just destroy themselves on purpose just to get Israel? Look at North Korea. They got nukes to prevent us doing to them what we’re doing to Iran. Thats why we’re never invading North Korea

Because they are a puppet state of China and China cares more about dominating globally using money than they do militarily. That’s why they haven’t invaded Taiwan. They know they can force them to yield economically

Dude this is a thoroughly stupid argument. Plenty of nuclear powers are under the control of religious fundamentalists, just look at Israel. The reason those actors don’t use nukes is the same reason nobody else uses nukes either. The Iranian regime may be made up of religious fundamentalists but they’re still human beings capable of rational thought and cost/benefit analysis
