
He was convicted yes, but in a rigged court case that had many laws broken to get it to court alone. The case is over 5 years old, and in ny cases can’t be brought up after 2-5 years and evidence is thrown out. I know that won’t change your mind, but it’s just an example. Brother the only “flaw” is whether or not you can say for sure that falsifying records was done to conceal a crime if someone hasn’t been convicted of a specific crime already.
