He was convicted yes, but in a rigged court case that had many laws broken to get it to court alone. The case is over 5 years old, and in ny cases can’t be brought up after 2-5 years and evidence is thrown out. I know that won’t change your mind, but it’s just an example. Any of those felonies even if true would not have landed him in jail when convicted anyways. I could go on for hours on my own findings and research but yik yak limits character count dm me if u want

Brother the only “flaw” is whether or not you can say for sure that falsifying records was done to conceal a crime if someone hasn’t been convicted of a specific crime already. Which is just an abysmally terrible argument. Like if some CEO was found to be scrubbing books to fund the mafia or antifa or smn, you’d be damned sure you’d want him tried as a felon!
