I wonder if people are gonna realize that this is the guy they have kept quoting for saying Netanyahu is too pro-Palestine. This is because Lieberman (whose party is currently polling to be tied for 6th with 8 seats in the next Knesset Election) currently wants Jordan to take administrative control of the non-Jewish portions of the West Bank.

People seem to think the “Netanyahu is too pro-Palestine” quote is from like the leading opposition leaders. It isn’t. It’s from this guy. His political party could be most accurately described as “secular but prioritizing national security”

Oh he isn’t. That’s what people often misrepresent. They are acting like Netanyahu is being electorally challenged from the right, but he’s currently being challenged from the center. Netanyahu’s primary rivals are slightly better than him overall. Their Palestine policy is broadly similar but slightly less warmongery. The Israeli Democrats are expected to gain seats this election (projected 4th place) and they are anti-expansionist.
