resisting is a separate charge but if you don’t follow a “lawful order” that’s actually legally okay as long as the order was legitimately unlawful.

Also if you’re going to argue that legal cases cost money, yeah definitely they do, but if you have a slam dunk case of police brutality/ abuse, then lawyers will be ITCHING to defend you.
