Well in this exact context they are right. I don’t think most people stand with the Irani govt on anything else tho.

I don’t stand with their government but I definitely stand with the 90 million people who are just trying to live their lives there over the American and Israeli governments, for sure

That being said, this still isn’t a justification for America and Israel to topple their government, because as we’ve seen EVERY TIME we’ve done a “regime change” war, people prefer a local dictator over foreign meddlers pretty much every time. In Iraq, we toppled Saddam in a matter of days, the rest of the war was against the PEOPLE who didn’t like being occupied.

Well yeah of course, no matter how you look at it, an invasion of Iran would be incomprehensibly stupid. There’s no reality in which yet another venture into middle eastern occupation and regime change is a good idea
