He also responded terribly to a pandemic which cost countless lives, openly violates the Constitution, uses the military against the people, added trillions upon trillions to the national debt, led a failed insurrection at the capitol, cut social programs which are keeping many Americans alive, started a pointless war in the Middle East, and I could keep going.

For the record, I’m not saying that Trump isn’t terrible. Saying that he’s the worst president in modern American history would be more accurate, and I would not take issue. Andrew Jackson is not the only pre-20th century name I could’ve picked here, for the record. But, Jackson was even worse than Trump on civil rights and several magnitudes worse on the economy.
