Yeah. I and another user tracked this to its original source, and guess what was missing from that study. THIS GRAPH. My guess is they got it off an internet bullshit artist who decided to attribute fake graphs to real studies in attempt to promote racist goals.

Update: I traced this back to another website that appears to have previously taken down a PDF of this 2007 report by Cheryl Thomas at the Ministry of Justice, UK. The other report that I found was much smaller than the March 24 substack claims the original one was.
