This is the end result of conservative media pushing this “there’s danger all around you, THEY are out to get you!” Rhetoric. The same people that used to ding dong ditch their neighbors as kids in the Reagan years are now mowing down kids doing the same to them because they’ve been lulled into constant paranoia.
