 I’m calling it right now, there’s no way in hell Luigi Mangione will have a fair trial at this point. Trump’s directly influencing the media around Mangione. The judge is either gonna throw the case out due to it or the trial will be farcical. #FreeLuigi.

im still of the opinion that it genuinely wasnt luigi but yea i mean it SHOULD be a mistrial like 6x over as of like 4 months ago

I think the defense has a good argument about this but idk what the precedent is. They may try to use this defense for Tyler Robinson’s trial as well

I get what you’re saying. IMO a major political figure calling for the death penalty before the trial even started should be grounds for the case to be dismissed. I can’t see a way for impartiality to happen in that scenario.
