The whole point is that you aren’t certain until legitimate evidence is presented that someone is a rapist. This applies to all crimes. People seriously do make up allegations from time to time

This isn’t up for debate. A person is presumed innocent until proven guilty. You can’t even comprehend how many innocent people are sitting in prison for crimes they didn’t commit.
