An unsustainable regulation which should be re-evaluated in light of cost realities. I think price caps are important. Vital amenities that people have to buy should not be gouged far above their actual cost. But the actual cost needs to be considered, and if it is vital enough (not about burger), government subsidies do have actual utility sometimes.
