This is all officially documented btw. And it’s not even the worst of it. And y’all are just okay with it. Literally “nah, no reason to investigate further, it’s probably not true, I just don’t believe it”.

Isn’t some of this from like tip line shit, not saying trumps not a pedo but spreading that as your argument leads to holes people can exploit

I mean they’re tips to the FBI. Without other information, we have no clue how credible these are. Anyone can send a tip in. Should they be investigated? Absolutely, and I’d like to know if the FBI did follow up and what happened after

The anonymous tip lines really aren’t the best evidence. They’re something to indicate follow up investigations. There’s a lot of other stuff that implicates Trump which is much better documented.

Evidence is not proof. These claims have not been verified. If it’s true then it’s absolutely horrible, but in America, our justice system works on a system called “innocent until proven guilty”. It should be investigated further, but we can’t operate as though it’s truth yet

The court of public opinion does not have the same burden of proof…

Wtf is a “court of public opinion” and why are we supposed to tolerate mob rule that operates under incomplete information

The court of public opinion is an abstract metaphor for the opinion of “the public”. It has nothing to with legal justice or consequences. It’s entirely just public perception. I.e. just because they are allegations doesn’t mean people can’t think he isn’t guilty despite not being formally charged or convicted. And it has nothing to do with “mob rule”…
